What We Achieved
Our first aim was to tackle the rising CPC’s, which was achieved by restructuring ad groups in the campaigns which has seen an increase in CPC in the last 12 months. Restructuring ad groups allowed us to tightly group keywords by theme which then meant we could produce more targeted ads which saw improvements in ad rank and supported improvements in keyword quality score.
Through our efforts, Hotter Shoes experienced a 15% reduction in CPC, which allowed their budget to stretch further and reach more potential customers. Additionally, conversion rate increased by 8%, leading to a higher number of transactions and a stronger return on investment. Most significantly, the ROAS improved by 20%, demonstrating a clear uplift in marketing efficiency and profitability. These results highlighted the effectiveness of our tailored strategy in driving measurable business growth.
